Kulula now offers its passengers a cool new tool that will help say good bye to long queues and stressful traffic
jams. Here are a few tips on using online check in:
- You can only check-in online if you are travelling domestically within South Africa
- You can check in online if your flight number has 3 digits, example MN101. If your flight number has 4 digits you'll need to proceed to the airport and check-in at the kulula counters.
- Online check-in allows you to check-in for your flight 24 hours prior to departure and up to 2 hours before departure
- You're able to print your own boarding pass for some airports. If you're travelling to or from King Shaka International airport (Durbs), George airport or Nelspruit airport a home printed boarding pass is not accepted. Until they have the technology, the boarding passes have to be printed at the airports by using the self service kiosk or the check-in counters
- Simply drop your bags of at the 'fast bag drop off zone' counters situated at the check-in counters in the airport and go directly through security
